The interviewer may dislike the following three behaviors during the interview:
1. Lack of preparation: insufficient preparation before the interview, no understanding of the company and job requirements, no preparation of relevant questions and answers. This will show that the applicant does not attach importance to the interview, lacks professionalism and serious attitude.
2. Dishonesty: During the interview, if the candidate answers untruthfully or conceals facts, or fabricates work experience or education information, the interviewer will be very disgusted. Honesty is the basis for building mutual trust and trust. Dishonest behavior will make interviewers doubt the integrity and reliability of candidates.
3. Rudeness or arrogance: during the interview, if the candidate shows a rude or arrogant attitude, does not respect or interrupt the interviewer's questions, or shows arrogance or disrespect for others, the interviewer will be very disgusted. Candidates should show modesty and respect for others, which is the basis for establishing good communication and cooperation.
During the interview, the candidate should avoid these offensive behaviors and show a professional, honest and respectful attitude to win the favor and trust of the interviewer.
Many fresh graduates ask, what is the most boring behavior of interviewers? The behaviors and phenomena that interviewers hate include: unpunctuality, irregular dress, bad sitting posture, careless face, disrespect for interviewers, disdain in words, taking the company as a spare tire, etc. In fact, the interviewers hate the following three behaviors most: those who have bad views, bad attitudes, and bad character will be eliminated as long as they stick to one of them. No matter how good your educational background is, don't touch these three performances. If you touch a little, you will be out on the spot. Don't play a good hand of cards into thin pieces.
First, the three outlooks are not correct.
Not long ago, we interviewed a group of fresh graduates and asked, "What do you think is the most important factor affecting development after entering the workplace?"
A boy replied, "Relationship. Relationship is the most important." The interviewer looked at him face to face and carefully observed him. He was not joking, but seriously replied.
We continued to ask, "Why do you think so?" He replied, "His father's unit is like this. Everyone has a relationship, and it's impossible to move." We understood that this is the value he formed when he was young. It is not because he is cynical and deliberately angry, but because of his true values.
The "Three Outlooks" we said is not a problem that does not match our corporate culture and values, but a problem that goes against the simple values of Chinese people. For example, another student said that the elderly had no contribution to society, so it would be better to let them disappear, and so on. We interviewers want to hit people on the spot when we meet job seekers who have bad views.
Second, bad attitude.
Some students do not do any homework before coming to the interview, and they can't even remember the name of the company, which is very annoying to the interviewer. The interviewers also have a sense of collective honor and hope that others will respect their units. Applicants who do not respect the unit will not be recognized by the interviewer.
A few days ago, when we interviewed a student, we often asked, why do you want to apply for our company? He said, "I heard your company is good.". We asked him, "Give me an example you heard about.". He gave an example, and we said, "The example you gave is not from our company.". He answered casually, "Isn't this the company I applied for?" We stopped asking questions and eliminated the student. No interviewer likes candidates with improper attitude. You look down on the company. Why do you come to the interview?
Third, bad character.
Some students think that the interviewers are all fools, and they lie without blinking. Without saying that your resume is fake, answering questions is also a lie to the interviewer. For example, some students do strategies. When they hear that our company likes to recruit students with social practice experience, they forge their own experience and say, "Be honest and eloquent.". We are not fools. If we continue to question him for one or two rounds, we will know the seriousness of his lies. Slight exaggeration can be tolerated. It is difficult to pass the interview if he deliberately lies.
The new student is a blank sheet of paper, not a disadvantage, or even an advantage, because the company can cultivate and continue to develop your potential. Freshmen should not be afraid of being too pale, do not cheat, do not lie to the interviewer, and do not think that your IQ of lying is higher than that of the interviewer. The interviewer is also trained in structured thinking. Even if he or she does not know the major, he or she can also use logic to judge whether you are exaggerating or deliberately lying through questioning. Therefore, when interviewing new students, just play it normally, and don't lie to highlight one aspect.
Why do some job seekers think they are very suitable for the position they are applying for, but they don't receive the interview notice in the end? The reason is that some aversive behaviors make you a nuisance in HR's eyes. The editor carefully sorted out several behaviors of job seekers who are most disliked by HR interviews, to see if you have ever been timid.
1、 Clothes and manners are inappropriate. When meeting HR, the first impression is naturally dressing and talking. You can be unattractive, but you must be clean, neatly dressed and untidy, which will make HR think that you don't pay enough attention to this interview and will definitely affect HR's mood visually. Moreover, a natural and generous conversation will make HR more like talking with you. Good dress and conversation will certainly improve your success rate in job hunting.
2、 Candidates accompanied by parents. If you take your parents to interview, HR will almost pass you by. This behavior will make HR mistakenly think that when receiving a child sent to kindergarten by a parent, HR should not only warmly welcome him, but also think that he may have to take care of your life in the future. Just imagining that HR is on the verge of collapse.
3、 Personal information is not true. Some job seekers exaggerate their personal information in order to win the interview opportunity, but HR is not easy to cheat. Once you open your mouth, HR will find flaws. Before the interview, they were full of expectations of being an excellent talent but were cheated by your resume. Do you think HR will not hate you? Moreover, character is the key for enterprises to employ talents, and HR will also abide by this principle.
4、 Excessive exaggeration. Everyone is a combination of advantages and disadvantages. After all, there is no perfect person. Therefore, HR will not deny your whole person just because of your shortcomings. Therefore, it is practical and realistic. It is not allowed to exaggerate your own shortcomings and completely avoid them. When HR puts forward key questions, you still don't understand and pretend to understand, then HR has discovered the fact that you violate the truth.
5、 The statement was too impassioned. Some job seekers, in order to show that they attach importance to interviews, deliberately show a positive side, so they will present a tone of self introduction like reading a poem and answering questions like receiving the imperial edict. This is counterproductive. HR has no mood to listen to your explanation. It is already goose bumps.
6、 The first thing to talk about is salary. Of course, salary should be discussed, but when should it be discussed. As soon as the self introduction ended, I asked how much your salary was. HR didn't ask what you would do and why we should talk about your salary? This action of the applicant will be defined by HR as impetuous job seeker, and will feel disgusted.
7、 The interview was broken, and there was no telephone explanation. Many job seekers verbally accepted the interview invitation after receiving the interview call, but they did not attend the appointment due to various reasons, and did not take the initiative to explain the situation to the company that informed the interview. What's more, when the company called the candidate again to ask about the situation, the candidate was basically unwilling to answer the phone again. This practice of not taking the post and being rude will make job seekers leave bad records in the company's recruitment records.
8、 Explain why I was late with various reasons and excuses. Many job seekers are very conscious when looking for a job. They send their resumes all over the country. When there is an appointment with a company for an interview, they are always unprepared, do not understand the company, and do not have a clear understanding of the road. Therefore, the departure time from home did not predict the time on the road, resulting in late interviews. This was once a wrong practice, but when the applicant was late, he didn't apologize to the company for asking for forgiveness, but found various reasons to explain that he was objectively not wrong. It was traffic jam, it was a long way, and it was the reason why he was not familiar with the road that caused him to be late. Such job seekers will leave HR with the impression that they are not brave to undertake obligations.
9、 During the interview, talk on paper. HR wants to understand the real work experience, knowledge and skills of job seekers during the interview, so they will try their best to investigate job seekers. Some job seekers often portray their experiences as extremely colorful and supernatural. However, when the HR investigation is deepened, they will be confused. Some people pretend to lead a team and invent very good achievements. However, when you further ask him about the details of his team management and the practice of his invention performance, he falters. A down-to-earth attitude is very important. Being competent for work is quite different from being competent in imagination.
