The Labor Law does not stipulate how long employees can take personal leave. Personal leave refers to the leave that a worker asks for for personal affairs. Without special reasons, the employer may not approve it. The Labor Law does not give employees the right to take personal leave days, but only stipulates that the employer may not pay wages during the period of personal leave for enterprise employees.

1、 Sick leave varies according to the working time in the unit and the total working years, and can be up to 24 months.

2、 According to the situation, the sick leave can last for up to three months. If the sick leave exceeds three months, the employer can terminate the labor contract after paying the economic compensation for one month per year of work.

3、 Provisions on Medical Treatment Period for Sickness or Non work related Injuries of Enterprise Employees.

4、 Article 3 stipulates that enterprise employees need to stop working for medical treatment due to illness or non work related injuries;

5、 According to my actual working years and working years in the company, I will be given a medical treatment period of three to twenty-four months:

1. If the actual working years are less than ten years, the working years in the unit are less than five years, which is three months; Six months for more than five years.

2. If the actual working years are more than ten years, the working years in the unit are less than five years, which is six months;

3. Nine months for those between five years and ten years; Twelve months for those between ten and fifteen years;

4. 18 months for those between 15 and 20 years; Twenty four months for those over twenty years.

Relevant requirements for paid annual leave of employees:

1. Annual leave can be arranged in a centralized way or in sections within one year, not across years. If it is really necessary to arrange annual leave for employees across years due to the characteristics of production and work, it can be arranged across one year.

2. If the unit is really unable to arrange employees to take annual leave due to work needs, it may not arrange employees to take annual leave with their own consent. The unit shall pay 300% of the daily wage income of the employee for the number of days that the employee should have taken but has not taken leave.

3. The personnel departments and labor and social security departments of the local people's governments at or above the county level shall, in accordance with their functions and powers, actively supervise and inspect the implementation of these Regulations by their units.
