This system is formulated to further standardize the Salary Management System, improve the company's salary adjustment system for promotion and salary increase, provide excellent employees with promotion and salary increase channels, and adjust unbalanced salary in a timely manner. Permission management: promotion, salary increase, demotion and salary decrease can only be submitted by the manager/director of each department, and horizontal transfer and reinstatement can only be submitted by the General Affairs Department. principle:

1. The promotion or salary increase must be more than 6 months of continuous work in the post after becoming a regular employee. It does not include the situation of asking for a long leave midway (that is, for those who ask for leave for more than 15 days in total, special reasons must be approved by the general manager), or it does not include those who have a long leave plan in the next half year, such as leave without pay, maternity leave, etc.). Demotion and demotion are not subject to this restriction.

2. If the promotion and salary increase fail to pass the knowledge examination and other assessments, the promotion will be postponed for 1 month; Those who have not passed the promotion again will be postponed for 3 months; Those who have not passed the promotion will be disqualified within half a year; (The examination time is on the 15th and 30th of each month)

3. The promoted position of the promoted personnel must meet the requirements of the company's organizational structure.

4. After promotion, the probationary period is three months. After three months, the General Affairs Department will carry out the superior evaluation. If the superior evaluation score is lower than 80, the post level and salary before promotion will be restored;

5. In principle, employees must be promoted step by step.

Adjustment time: There are two salary adjustment opportunities every year, namely March and September. (The time for handling the job transfer starts from the date of application. If the approval is not completed in time due to busy work, the salary and benefits will be reissued from the date of application.)

Adjustment frequency: one salary adjustment opportunity per person every year. Demotion and demotion are not subject to this restriction.

Department salary adjustment proportion: the department selects outstanding personnel for salary adjustment, and the annual proportion is set to 30% (rounded). No salary adjustment will be made for personnel exceeding this proportion, and all responsible persons are requested to strictly control it. Senior executives above the director level are not included in the salary adjustment range, and department managers are under the jurisdiction of the director and do not occupy the proportion of their departments.
