However, for Internet companies, this problem may not be so serious, Ability must be the first factor to consider.

3、 If the above two points are missed, I'm sorry. Either the person is a related account or the boss has a problem. In this world, not all bosses can be discerning. A lot of bosses will be fooled and cheated. If you happen to enter such a company, I suggest you not stay any longer.

4、 No matter where you are, there is always an opportunity for excellent people. This opportunity can be created for you by others or by yourself. Although "incompetent person" can be a leader for a period of time, when his performance and management level are not enough to control his subordinates, such a leader is also a failed leader. So the core is to cultivate your own internal skills. Many people will think that leadership is "mentally retarded". But when you get to the leadership position, when you see the world from a different perspective, you may also do something mentally retarded.
