1、 Different responsibilities.

After being promoted to leadership, the responsibilities become heavier and more things are handled. Maybe there is no time to talk and fight with you. As time goes on, a sense of distance will naturally arise.

2、 Different positions are taken for consideration.

Employees consider problems from the perspective of employees, and leaders consider problems from the perspective of leaders. Different levels will naturally lead to different positions. Sometimes, they will become the opposite of you.

When one of my leaders was just promoted, he encountered such a thing. During the Spring Festival that year, the company was eager to complete an order and needed to work overtime. The employees didn't want to add more. Thinking that the colleague was also promoted by the employee, they would certainly speak for the employee. Unexpectedly, he stood with the leaders and asked them to work overtime. Because of this, everyone was hostile to him and felt that he had changed.

He is also very aggrieved. On the one hand, this is the order of the unit. As a management, he obeys unconditionally; On the other hand, although working overtime is very tiring, this order can bring relatively rich profits. If the enterprise wants to survive, leaders have to consider the operating efficiency.

3、 Character positioning is different.

When he was a worker, he might scold the leader with you. When he became a leader, he would certainly not do so. A leader who is too approachable is either a very big leader or will not be respected by his subordinates. Leaders should have the dignity and image of leaders, so as to better play their leadership ability.

4、 Maybe he hasn't changed, but your eyes on him have changed.

3. Someone has to change

When leaders enter different circles, they have different rules and principles. Maybe he doesn't want to change, but he has to. Because there is no way to integrate into that circle without change, and there is no way to continue to promote and raise salaries without change, changes have to be made. This is also the Chinese saying: "drift with the tide" or "collude with others".

4. Some people have not changed. Others see that he has changed

In fact, some people have not changed at all, just because their identity and status have changed, so people wear colored glasses when they see him.
