3. If it is a small unit, just a few positions. At a glance, you have no possibility of promotion. The salary is not much and the flexibility is not strong. What else should we do? If we have the skills, we should jump to the big company immediately.

Second, from the perspective of personal ability

1. You are a skilled person. Without you, management is not good or there is no free management position. Just raise your salary directly. Making money is more important than anything else.

2. Your technical level is average. Your technical level is average, and your management level is still unknown. You still want to be promoted. Then unless you walk, it's a very normal way. Otherwise, forget it. People should be aware of themselves.

3. You are at the bottom of the list in terms of skills and eloquence. If you are at the bottom of the technical ladder, you can't say you know how to speak. You won't come to Baidu for consultation. You want to be promoted, but you should understand that it is not possible to do things by mouth. If you can't convince others, you will be promoted, and you can't manage other people well, so you'd better think of other ways.
