5. There is no scientific basis for the popular folk view of drinking strong tea to relieve alcoholism. The tea polyphenols in tea have a certain protective effect on the liver, but the theophylline in strong tea can constrict blood vessels and raise blood pressure, which will exacerbate headache. Therefore, you can drink light tea after getting drunk, and it is better not to drink strong tea. 9. To prevent drunken gastritis and dehydration, you can drink milk with granulated sugar or honey, which can not only promote the decomposition of ethanol, but also protect the gastric mucosa. As dehydration will cause salt loss, you can drink some light salt water or rehydration salt.
