Wrong response method:

The interviewer may think that you are a good man and like to give way again and again in everything. If you are such a person, it is difficult to be challenging and enterprising in your work.
3. I mentioned that I had a conflict with someone else, but I finally chose to forget about it. You also want to prove that you are strong, self disciplined, and want to demonstrate your strengths. When you respond in this way, the interviewer will doubt whether you have a personality weakness, whether you don't face the conflict directly after encountering problems and conflicts, and just choose to avoid conflicts and questions if you don't solve conflicts.
