We should also come up with our opinions and plans in advance and our countermeasures, so that the leaders can feel that you are very reliable.

Type 3: strive for resource based reporting

The purpose of striving for resource-based reporting is to allow leaders to provide you with some support. No matter human, material or financial resources, if you want to get support from leaders, you must be prepared in advance. What kind of value will you bring to the company after you get such support, and what kind of return will you expect to bring to the company. Only in this way can you achieve your goals more easily, Get the resources you want.

Type 4: Synchronous situation report

Synchronization means that when you finish a task or some tasks in stages today, we take the initiative to report to the leader, so that the leader has a sense of control. Of course, you usually need to tell the results of such a report first, and then give a detailed explanation. Don't come up and say all kinds of details without knowing why, so that the leaders don't know what you want to say, and they may criticize you if they are worried.

When we report our work, we must first understand the type of work we report, and then make targeted and focused reports according to the purpose of the report. Only by grasping the focus of the report and letting the leader quickly understand our work focus can we leave a good impression on the leader and gain more support from the leader.
