Be a young person with knowledge and content

When we were interviewing, the interviewer asked us, "What is your core competitiveness?" How can we respond so that we can easily get an offer? Here are three coping principles.

First of all, we still need to understand the reason behind the interviewer's question and the wrong way to respond. First of all, we should understand what core competitiveness means? Core competitiveness is different from your character and characteristics, and also from your advantages. Don't take out a pile of facts to prove that you have certain advantages in some aspects, which is meaningless. Many people answered incorrectly because he adopted the following wrong response method.

Mistake 1: Keep talking about your past experience. Maybe those experiences are relatively powerful, but they haven't been distilled out whether you can demonstrate whether you can or others can't do these experiences. So you didn't answer the right question.

Error 2: Answer your strengths. What you like and what you are good at are not your core competitiveness. The core competitiveness is irreplaceable. The core competitiveness is that you have what others do not have, or that others have better capabilities or resources.

So the core competitiveness has a label called "irreplaceable" and another label called "better than most people". You should refine and summarize whether you have these two aspects. There are three principles for effective response.

Principle 1: Raise the core competitiveness of one's own professional field. For example, if you can really solve problems that others can't solve in a certain professional direction, you can ask, "What kind of further education have I had and what kind of achievements have I made in that field? What kind of outstanding role have I played in interning in a company or working in a previous company, or even developed my own work model in this field?"

Principle 2: Demonstrate your core competitiveness in cross-border fields. The so-called cross-border core competitiveness is that you can make the other party realize that in addition to your expertise, you can also have corresponding outstanding ability in some aspects. For example, you can respond by saying, "I have the ability to migrate across fields. What kind of work did I take into account in my last company, and what kind of work did I do? At that time, I also had a deep understanding and exploration in order to do it well. I even learned something, what kind of certificates did I take, what kind of talent resources I contacted, and so on." When you put forward that you have cross-border ability, you can also make the other party think that you are a person with many talents.

Principle 3: You have the ability to constantly learn and improve. You can demonstrate that you are a person who learns very fast and is a special expert. When you identify a direction, you must refine the methodology of that direction, so that it can be easily copied to the people around you. Let's do everything better together. In this respect, you can take some past examples to demonstrate that you are a person who keeps learning and improving, and can also keep spreading these knowledge.

When you let the other party realize that you have unique talents in professional fields, and you also have the ability to move across borders, what's more important is that you continue to learn, and that you can quickly learn from any direction as long as it is given to you, and can also drive others to start, then you will become a rare talent in this company.
