2. Yes

Give the other party a sense of reliability and accuracy. How to convey a sense of reliability? When responding to the request of the other party, we should have a clear node and clear results. For example, it is necessary to respond positively and clearly to "what plans I will submit to you before 5:00 this evening, and what I will put in your place." This is a very specific time node and very specific result delivery. But sometimes we are asked, for example, the leader asks you how your work is going, and you are the person responsible for this matter. Even if it is not completed yet, you should tell the leader how much has been completed, and what is next. So if you are really asked by the leader, even if you can't answer how much you have completed now, you should at least have such a correct response: "Leader, how much I have completed this matter, you give me another two hours, I will give you an overall plan of work, and I will give you a detailed report within two hours."

3. Respectful

We chat with people. In order to make the other party like you from the beginning, you can express your concern and worship for the other party by showing weakness. This is called Youzun.
