4. Hide past contributions and reveal present contributions
Don't mention the courage of the past. Don't talk about how many outstanding contributions you have made to milestone events. It's called the past. Don't always talk about the past with leaders. Leaders hate it when you take the past credit. So we want to talk about the present, even about what you can do in the next stage, then show your attitude and your experience and ability in this regard.
