And most of them fight for the treatment they deserve based on their kinship; Even if it is not easy to open a mouth, it may also be labeled as being considerate and regardless of family affection.

Third, fair competition and objectivity cannot be achieved in the work. Sometimes it may cause some people to rely on their relatives as a backer, act like tigers, abuse their power, fail to compete fairly with their colleagues, and the working atmosphere of the enterprise/unit is poor. In the long past, other employees are slack off or leave because of unfair treatment, which is not easy for the development of the enterprise/unit.

As the saying goes, a close brother should pay the bills. China has always attached great importance to worldly wisdom and parental ethics. Sometimes, even if the working environment does not involve relatives, they may be kidnapped by their relatives and have to spend time doing something, not to mention working under relatives, their hands and feet are bound and their spirit is suppressed. Work should not be done by relatives. Even if relatives have kindly invited and promised generous salary and promising future at the beginning, they must resolutely refuse to do it, otherwise, when it comes to work interests, it will be cut and sorted out.
