As soon as the customer asks how much the lowest price is, how can we respond if we refuse to compromise? Here are two tips to help you solve the problem easily.

First of all, we need to know that the customer will ask for the price as soon as he comes. You must not pester him about the price. You can't directly reveal the lowest price, nor can you directly ask the other party what price they can accept. It's unnecessary. Because the customer has not participated in the product experience and has not yet recognized the value of the product, it is invalid to entangle in the price, and it is easier to lose a customer in the end. Here are two solutions.

1. Change the topic

When the other party talks about the price with you, you will draw the problem to the product experience and the product value. You can answer this question by saying, "Compared with the price, we care more about whether our product can meet your needs, and I want to know what your needs are. If our product can solve your problems, the price is easy to discuss. If it is not suitable, I will give you a cheaper price, and it is a waste to buy it back, isn't it?" Sometimes even when selling large items, customers can participate in the experience. It is meaningless to talk about price when the product value is not understood.

2. Upgrade topic

Upgrading the topic is to upgrade the current discussion of price to a higher level. The purpose of upgrading the topic is to make the other party automatically give up talking about price. For example, answer "Today, when you buy a car, you care more about the price or the safety factor; when you buy furniture, you care more about the price or the health of your family; when you buy this product today, you care more about the price or the practicality, the service life, or the function". By answering this question, we can upgrade the topic, shift the focus of the other party to the advantages of the product or the product features that customers may be more concerned about, so that the other party is embarrassed to ask about the price.

Asking the lowest price as soon as the customer comes is an invalid negotiation in itself, and will make each other feel bad. So when a customer comes up and asks for the lowest price, we must master some skills to let the other party's focus shift, so that we can make a deal without compromise.
