Be a young person with knowledge and content

There are many skills in the workplace, some of which can not be serious. If your colleagues say the following four sentences to you, don't be too serious. If you are serious, you will lose.

The first sentence: "If you have any questions, please ask me and contact me at any time."

Generally, new employees and old employees will say this to him to give a warm feeling to new employees, but when they really encounter problems, they will ask him, and he will say "too busy, let's talk about it later." Then there will be no more. If you are a new employee, when an old employee says this to you, don't take it too seriously. They just want to leave a good impression on you and make you feel that everyone is easy to get along with. But few old employees like to lead new employees, especially in many basic jobs. He thinks that it is a waste of time to spend time guiding you, so don't take this statement too seriously.

The second sentence: others call you "Mr. X, Mr. X"

If someone calls you "Mr. X, Mr. X", don't take yourself too seriously. If you haven't reached the level of Mr. X, especially if the customer intentionally calls you Mr. X and raises you up, it may be that they want to ask you some corresponding questions. It's not like they call you so that you can reach a deal. You should know that when someone uses you, his mouth should be sweet. This is a kind of honorific title. The reason why he calls you this way is to leave a good impression on you, or for another purpose.

The third sentence: Before leaving, someone said to you, "Please contact me at any time when you can use me."

If an employee says this to you after leaving the company, don't expect to use him when you contact him again, because the interest settlement between you no longer exists. In addition, the relationship between you will become shallow, and your interest value to the other party will not be high. The other party will become less and less familiar with you. Will it really work for you to contact the other party in the future? So don't be too serious when your colleagues say this to you. Some people will leave when they leave, and there may be only a few likes in the future.

The fourth sentence: When you help someone, the other person replies, "Please have dinner some other day."

If the other party said this to you, don't take it too seriously. They didn't plan to invite you to dinner at all. They just want to be polite and thank you. Not everyone is serious about this, so don't take it too seriously.

If someone in the workplace says the above four words to you, just respond politely. Don't take it seriously. If you take it seriously, you will lose.
