Home leave: According to the Regulations on Home Leave of Employees formulated in 1981, permanent employees who have worked in the enterprise for more than one year are not together with their parents or spouses and cannot be reunited on public holidays, they can enjoy home leave once a year. The leave for unmarried employees to visit their parents is 20 days once a year, but it can be extended to 45 days for combined use because of the need for work. Married employees visit their spouses for 30 days once a year. In addition, it is also stipulated that married employees can enjoy a 20 day leave to visit their parents once every four years. If they visit their parents during legal holidays, they can make up for the time less than the above provisions. During the visit, the salary will be paid as usual, and the transportation fees can be fully reimbursed or partially reimbursed according to the nature of the home leave.

5. Holidays stipulated by law: employees' holidays include New Year's Day, Spring Festival, May Day, National Day, Women's Day and other holidays stipulated by laws and regulations.
