Not that all cadres in Beijing are so aware, but that there is no such atmosphere. Some people don't show their mountains and water when they are in Beijing. If they are sent to a place or abroad to be responsible for an organization or represent the country, they will be equally arrogant and domineering. They will change their appearance as if they were a different person.

Many leaders like to play the official language when they speak because they can protect themselves to some extent and effectively avoid secondary public opinion. The language they speak is more formal, proving their value and making them look more like a leader.

This kind of thing can be seen from the actual situation. As a subordinate, the most important thing to analyze the problem is to think in terms of position. Only when we recognize the position and interests of the other party, the matter will be basically solved.

We should take the initiative to change our own state of mind. First, we should accept the leadership psychologically and judge the specific methods in different time periods. During working hours, we must seriously obey the leadership's work arrangement, because no matter from any angle, the leaders are dissatisfied with what they do against their will, even if it is right. But beyond eight hours, it is time to reminisce about the past, gather for dinner, do not bring work into life, and do not disconnect work from life. As long as we can show this time-sharing approach, leaders will be touched.

If leaders can find their correct position from our changes and change the way of work in time, we can still treat each other sincerely and live in harmony. If leaders are still playing the official role and playing the big game, then we can not do without the bottom line of the hot face and cold ass, do our job well, and complete the assigned tasks. The tasks are not balanced, and the work is not balanced. If we need to make suggestions, we should make suggestions, and do it well.

In the face of the realistic workplace environment, we should learn to survive the fittest. In response to the official voice, we have to tolerate what we have to do. We have to bear the tyranny. If we can't stand it, we can do what we should do, without being afraid. In life and work, it is like this: some people are not big officials, but their official airs are not small, while some people are big officials, but they cannot see that they have any official airs.
