Some online intermediary platforms just caught the students' psychology of wanting to enter famous enterprises for internship and launched the "paid push in" project. These platforms often claim to have reached cooperation with many enterprises, and can use these resources to promote college students to practice in enterprises, but they need to pay fees to obtain the qualification of internal promotion, ranging from several hundred to tens of thousands of yuan.

Once entering this trap, the result is nothing but:

(1) After paying, the position obtained is often inconsistent with the ideal job, but there is no refund;

(2) The internal promotion failed, and the intermediary responded that "we tried our best";

(3) Attracted by the intermediary's claim of "paying 500 yuan in advance to arrange a written test to be insured", he could not contact the intermediary after charging.

In addition to cooperating with famous enterprises, a job search platform said that "it has cooperated with more than 200 consultants from the Fortune Global 500", and another intermediary provided "a list of more than 900 outstanding in-service mentors in the industry", covering many fields. However, most of these consultants are pseudonyms, and it is difficult to tell the true from the false.

In addition, jobseekers have exposed a large amount of personal information to intermediaries after choosing to use the platform. If there are loopholes in the intermediary platform, it is easy to cause information leakage, and there are great security risks.

2、 Pay and push in, it is difficult to distinguish the true from the false

There are two kinds of common job search platforms on the Internet today: one is to simply share recruitment information, and the other is to make money by attracting job seekers to pay for courses or promote qualifications.

In the Internet era, online job search intermediaries have become an important carrier connecting enterprises and job seekers by taking advantage of their rich information, high communication efficiency, low cost and other advantages. However, the information provided by the platform is mixed. College students who have just entered the society tend to have a weak sense of prevention, and are eager to seek an ideal career, so that some lawbreakers can take advantage of it.

Some platforms provide job seeking guidance to applicants through classes, consultation and other ways to enhance students' job seeking ability and competitiveness, which is reasonable. However, some platforms that provide internal qualification by charging fees, most of them also let job seekers add WeChat groups and recommend information to friends in the circle of friends, which is suspected of pyramid selling; Moreover, the qualification of internal promotion is usually just a commitment of the platform party, and the authenticity and effectiveness are questionable.

Article 9 of the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China clearly stipulates: "When an employer recruits a worker, it shall not detain the worker's resident identity card and other documents, nor require the worker to provide security or collect property from the worker in any other name."

Relevant experts pointed out that it was legally feasible for intermediaries to provide paid information and resources to job seekers, but the authenticity of the resources provided could not be guaranteed, and the rights and interests of job seekers could not be guaranteed, which was actually a wandering behavior in the legal "gray zone". In addition, the behavior of charging inward may involve deception. It is suspected of false propaganda if the intermediary platform launches "paid in push" projects without the permission of the enterprise. If the enterprise does collude with the intermediary, and the intermediary provides internal promotion services to the job seekers, it is actually the behavior of the enterprise to charge the job seekers in a disguised way, which is not allowed by law.

3、 Multi pronged and joint prevention and control

For college students who are new to the society, weak awareness of prevention is often an important reason for entering the platform job trap. Inadequate verification of the authenticity of platform information or easy disclosure of personal information to the platform may lead to self deception.

Job seekers must not trust the "shortcuts" provided by the platform, try to obtain true and accurate information through the official website of the enterprise, offline job fairs and other forms, and do not be deceived by the platform's rhetoric, but seek employment through formal channels.

At the same time, we should also be aware that if we are able to obtain internships through the official channels of enterprises, it is unnecessary to pay the platform to obtain the qualification of internal promotion; If you are not competent enough, internal promotion may not be successful.
