If the other party is interested in you, the other party will also ask questions about you, and you can just answer the other party's questions. This will leave a good impression on the leader. At least he knows that the company has your number. Maybe I will find you someday.

2. Understand the destination of leaders and do some complementary work

If the leader has a trip, such as taking a taxi or driving, you can find out which direction the leader is going to go. The leader may say his destination. In this case, you can do some supplementary work. For example, if you are familiar with that place, you can answer, "The leader is building a road in that place recently, so when the time comes to get around, it will be very crowded every time he gets off work." In this way, the leader will feel that you are very attentive.

3. If the leader asks about the work progress, he/she should make a simple work report

Once the leader asks you about your work, you must make a report, but you should simply make a closed-loop report, and ask for the leader's opinions. If you need a detailed report, you can spare time to make a detailed report for him later. Don't talk about it all the time, because the leaders don't have the patience to listen to your detailed work report due to the chance of commuting.
